" This purpose built retirement apartment for the over 60's is located on the second floor and accessed via a communal lift. The spacious apartment is finished to a high quality throughout with under floor heating, oak veneered doors with chrome handles and illuminated light switches. The separate kitchen is finished with high gloss cupboards with plinth lighting and high quality Neff integrated appliances which include a ceramic hob, a waste-height oven, a fridge/freezer and microwave. The light and airy lounge is spacious enough to accommodate a sofa, chairs and a dining table and gives access to the private balcony overlooking the landscaped grounds. The bedroom is a good size double and has the benefit of having a walk in wardrobe. The bathroom is fully tiled with slip resistant flooring, level access to the walk in shower, a basin with storage below and a back to wall W.C. Completing the apartment there is a storage cupboard and a large utility cupboard which houses the washer/dryer and a heat recovery system which is design to further lower you heating costs. The apartment comes with a secure allocated parking space and use of the landscaped gardens. Residents also get use of the Pavilion lounge which has views over the cricket ground and there is a guest suite which can be used by friends and family when they visit, subject to availability and at an additional cost*.
