" A beautiful semi-detached Edwardian home in the highly desirable south side of Canterbury, close to Kent & Country Hospital and superb secondary schools. The property offers spacious accommodation throughout with two reception rooms downstairs, a stunning garden and beautiful character features. You enter into a hallway which has doors leading to both reception rooms. The lounge, situated at the front of the property has double glazed bay windows with white wooden shutters, a cream coloured wood burning stove and original wooden floor boards which continue through to the dining room. Both rooms are separated by double wooden doors and there are French doors leading out to your garden. The kitchen is spacious and has a good amount of storage cupboards and work top space and there is a downstairs WC which the current owner has put in.

Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms overlooking the beautiful rear garden and one has built-in storage. There is a further third bedroom to the front which would be ideal for children or to be used as a study and this has a large cupboard for storage. The bathroom is nicely decorated and has a bath and a separate shower enclosure with a rainfall shower head. There is also additional storage off of the landing. There is a large loft space and many people in the road have taken advantage of this and have extended into the loft to create an extra bedroom.
