" No matter who you talk to everyone knows how good the apartments are in this avenue. This particular one has 3 bedrooms, which is only one of a handful making it extremely sought after.
These have always been very popular for people who work at the hospital as it is a short walk or for buyers who want space and security.
They are not your usual apartments as they have their own front door so you don’t have to share any communal areas and the size of the rooms would put modern flats to shame.
The kitchen is large enough to have more cupboard space than you could fill and the living room is also big enough to have a large corner sofa and a table if you choose.
The areas that this home really ticks the boxes is that it has its own private garden and a garage either for storage or you could park your car there, especially as you wouldn't have to use it that often because the city centre is a 10-15 minute walk away.
The seller has recently paid a small fortune to have the lease extended to 999 years, so you don’t have to worry about that and if you are concerned that you have too many belonging to fit in an apartment you have the use of the loft which is massive in anyone’s opinion.
There is on street parking which requires a residents permit which are available from the council and if you don't drive or fancy a walk there are bus routes into the City Centre close by.

What the Owner says:

I have enjoyed living in this friendly neighbourhood for almost 15 years. The apartment always made me feel secure and was large enough to have family to stay. The huge loft was a real bonus as a useful storage area.It is a nice area, the lawns are cut regularly and are included in the low cost maintenance scheme. The apartment always made me feel safe and was large enough to have family to stay. The loft was a real bonus as I had lots of things that I needed to store.
