" A Period house on the outside and brand new on the inside.It is the best of both worlds in my opinion. Prospect place is a old Victorian street that connects Nunnery Fields and Puckle Place in South Canterbury and is renowned for having larger than usual gardens, in this case it has approximately 100ft. I don’t often use the phrase complete renovation however in this case I feel it is appropriate. The seller has gone through the house with a fine tooth comb and done absolutely everything, from replacing the kitchens to moving the bathroom upstairs rather than at the back of the kitchen.The finish is excellent, all the doors have been replaced with oak ones with chrome handles; the seller has told me that the walls have been all re-plastered and had new wiring and plumbing throughout. There is really nothing that you would need to do apart from move in, plug the television in and put your feet up and enjoy. Being able to walk into the city centre within 10 minutes or spend the weekend out in the garden is a bonus.

This property was renovated by us for one of our family members who was then unfortunately unable to then move in. No expense was spared in restoring this lovely Victorian cottage which we feel certain will make someone a superb family home.
