" You?ll be amazed at how immaculate and well looked after this property is! Situated inside the city walls on the ever popular Old Tannery development, this two bedroomed split level apartment is a real find. From the entrance hall you walk into a very spacious L-shaped lounge/diner. There is a bay window at one end that covers most of the wall with glass, flooding the room with light. On the other side there are French doors out to a balcony, with space for a bistro style table and chairs. The floors are wood effect and the d?cor is neutral and fresh. The kitchen leads off of the Lounge/diner and has integrated electric oven with induction hob and extractor hood and space for a fridge freezer and washing machine. There are a good number of cupboards for the space and the floor is tiled. There is an intercom phone in the hallway and a cupboard housing the water system. This leads into the main bathroom which is fully tiled with modern white suite. There?s a bath, WC, basin and also a large wall mirror that will remain. Taking the few steps up to the next level of this apartment, there is a large storage cupboard with shelves off of the landing. There are also two double bedrooms, one being en-suite with a shower, WC and basin.
