" Located on the prestigious Kings Park, close to the Canterbury City Centre, this stunning property will not disappoint. Situated on a corner plot with sweeping front gardens and driveway with plenty of parking. The property is presented over two floors. To the ground floor there is a large lounge with windows overlooking the front garden and French doors to the rear patio. There is a separate dining room, cloakroom and storage cupboard. The kitchen has a wide range of units and work tops with appliances and a separate utility room with door to the rear garden. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a family bathroom. The master bedroom with it`s views of the Cathedral has an en-suite bathroom and built in wardrobes.

The annex room is a superb addition to this family home and would make an idea guest suite, teenager den or home gym. Laminate flooring with under floor heating and air conditioning, this room has a vaulted glass ceiling with blinds to keep it cool in the hot sun. The annex room has it`s own entrance door to the front and door to the rear garden. However, this area can also be accessed through the main property. The en-suite shower room and toilet makes this a perfect self contained room for a variety of uses.
