" Guide Price ?250,000 - ?260,000. A fantastic two bedroom end of terraced house that has a good size corner plot garden and allocated parking. The entrance hallway has a WC and provides access to the open plan living / kitchen area. There is under stairs storage and space for a sofa and dining table. The kitchen has a range of wall and base units as well as an integrated electric oven and hob with extractor fan over. There is also a washing machine and two windows that provide light from the front and side of the house. From the living area double doors lead out to the garden that is larger than most that are on the development. The garden is part patio area and part laid to lawn and the allocated parking is directly outside the rear gate.
