" Welcome to a Victorian period two bedroom home with the desired first floor bathroom, set in a road with access to two British Rail stations, so ideally placed for transportation into work.
This older style house is great for the younger professional looking to secure their first home with Freehold interest.
Upon entry inside the hallway, you immediately find an excellent blend of both contemporary and traditional values. The windows have been replaced in white PVCU double glazed units but sympathetically with sash hung openers, just how they would have been when the house was originally built.
The well equipped kitchen has been replaced by the current owners and is now well proportioned and designed for today’s market and includes integral appliances, namely a gas hob, electric oven and a canopy extractor, so you won’t have to spend any money on replacing the cooker!
Take the stairs to the first floor where you will find a newly replaced white bathroom suite with a separate corner off set quadrant shower, bath with a vanity wash hand basin and a WC. Both bedrooms can accommodate a double bed with fitted wardrobes in the second bedroom.

Well we found it here in Lower Road and since we moved in, we have improved throughout with a new kitchen, bathroom and a new slate roof in keeping with the original build. We continued the theme with new 'sash-hung' style UVPC double glazed windows.People always say when buying a home, that it’s all about location. If you want to jump on a bus or a train, close at hand! If you want open green spaces, Riddlesdown Common and Foxley Woods are within walking distance so enjoy the surroundings on your doorstep!
