" Located within a private road in a rural location and enjoying an outlook over Chelsham Common with a local pub nearby and the shops and amenities of Warlingham village approximately one mile away , this four bedroom, four bathroom detached chalet bungalow benefits from its own detached home-office with kitchenette and cloakroom as well as a detached oak double garage. The established and secluded gardens are divided in to a number of areas with summerhouse, fishpond with waterfall, barbecue area and lawns. Internally a substantial feature working fireplace divides a large tripe aspect lounge / diner and has French doors opening into the garden. Additionally there is a smaller snug style sitting room with fireplace, a breakfast room and a large farmhouse style kitchen with Aga.
