" A bright and spacious five bedroom detached family home with three reception rooms, fully double glazed throughout and situated in a sought after cul de sac within easy reach of Warlingham Village Green and mainline station

Front door leading to a spacious entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom with low level wc and wash hand basin.

The lounge has a double glazed window to the front aspect and double glazed sliding patio doors leading to the rear gardens, opening to the dining room with return door to the entrance hall and double glazed window overlooking the rear gardens.

The kitchen/breakfast room has been fitted in a range of base and eye level units with work surfaces over, space for table and chairs, double glazed window over looking the rear gardens, doorway leading to the utility room with access to the rear gardens and double garage.
