" This attractive three bedroom semi detached house is situated in a favoured location and offers generous accommodation on two floors. Features include a double aspect lounge/dining room and fitted kitchen/breakfast room. There is a garden and driveway.

Properties are fairly rare to the market in this road and always prove popular, and we expect this home to be no different.

Presented, in our opinion, in good decorative order throughout, the accommodation is presented over two floors and includes an entrance hall, interconnecting lounge/dining room which is double aspect with doors leading directly out onto the rear decking and also includes a feature ornate fireplace, modern fitted kitchen/breakfast room, family room or study and a downstairs cloakroom.
