situated on the ever-popular Netherne-on-the-Hill development, is surrounded by countryside. The current owners have lived in the property since it was newly built, but sadly it is now time for them to move. The house is superbly presented and situated in the cul-de-sac location of Cayton Road. On entering the property you will be surprised by the amount of accommodation on offer. Set over three floors, there are three double bedrooms, the master having an en-suite shower room. The lounge/dining room has French patio doors leading out to the rear garden, great for parties or just for the children to run in and out. There is a comprehensively fitted kitchen with ample cupboards and worktop space, for any budding Jamie Oliver or Nigella Lawson, to create a feast when entertaining guests. We have been in this house since new and we still remember when we first walked in and how amazed we were with the amount of space on offer, compared to the other older style of houses we had seen.The facilities are really good here with the gym and swimming pool being great assets.Getting to anywhere from here is so easy. Coulsdon is just up the road with Reigate only a 15-20 minute drive away. The development itself is very friendly and has a nice community atmosphere.
