*** Vendor comments *** &quote;Frimley Gardens is not just a house it‘s our home and has been a family home for over 30 years. We live in a very quiet street and have lovely, friendly neighbours.

We want to move near the coast, that‘s the only reason why we are moving otherwise we would stay here forever.

Our house has been well maintained and has a new stylish kitchen including a new roof, we also have a new shower room and the walls and ceilings throughout our house have been replastered. Our house has also been pebble-dashed front and back with new guttering and porch doors. The drive has been repaved and has enough room for 2 cars.

The garden is very quiet and a good size and has new paving with two good size plastic sheds which we find holds plenty of storage.

Mitcham town centre is also a short drive to Sutton and Tooting town centres. We are also near Morden park that I find has a good open space. There is also Mitcham cricket green and 3 kings pond where lots of people go to feed the ducks. 

Mitcham tram station and colliers wood station are nearby and there are plenty of bus stops within walking distance. What we also love about living here is that we have a GP surgery and chemist across the road which is really convenient for us. We are also near plenty of shopping centres including Colliers wood Tandem centre. Another great thing about living here is the delivery service such as food shopping and takeaways again really convenient.

These are all the reasons why this house has been in the family for over 30 years, the only thing missing for us now is the sea and sand.&quote;
