" This spacious, purpose built, top floor apartment has large double glazed windows providing much natural light. The rooms are of good proportions but now offer scope for improvement allowing a buyer to refurbish to their own requirements. Inside the apartment the entrance hall is a good size with a storage cupboard housing the water tank. The sitting/dining room has a large picture window overlooking the communal gardens and is lovely and light with space for relaxing and a dining table.
