From Caterham on the Hill High Street proceed down to Town End and turn left into Banstead Road, at the traffic lights turn right into Coulsdon Road and No. 255b can be found on the right hand side.

A two/three bedroom Town House located on the borders of Caterham on the Hill and Old Coulsdon and within half a mile of local shopping facilities including a Tesco Supermarket.
