" A well presented detached family home set back from the road in a semi-rural setting in the heart of Chaldon, with beautiful countryside including the North Downs on the doorstep. Built in the 1950s and later extended in 2015, this superb family home has all the space and amenities required for family life. A spacious kitchen is well equipped with a number of integrated appliances and a breakfast bar. The reception spaces are mostly open plan, with a sitting room and dining room leading to a garden room at the rear which overlooks the garden. On the ground floor, an entrance hall with storage cupboard and cloakroom leads to the kitchenbreakfast room and separately to the dining room and sitting room. Double doors open to the garden room. Upstairs there are two good size double bedrooms with fitted storage and a third bedroom currently used as a study.

Situation
With a pleasant semi-rural setting on the outskirts of Chaldon, the property is located on a quiet lane alongside a number of similar detached properties.   Caterham is 2.5 miles away and has a mainline train station, supermarkets and shopping, while the M25 (Junction 7) and M23 (Junction 8) are easily accessible via Dean Lane. Local schools include St Peter and St Paul Church of England Infant School at Chaldon village, Caterham School, De Stafford School and Oakhyrst Grange. Close by is the Surrey National Golf Club and De Stafford Sports Centre.

TRAIN SERVICES: Caterham station (1.5 miles) is in Zone 6 and has services to London Bridge and Victoria in about 45 minutes.
