" Situated on a sought-after residential road is this three-bedroom semi-detached property, with a pleasant green outlook facing Kenley Aerodrome and its surrounding open spaces. The property is ideal for the commuter being less than a mile from two stations serving Central London and is within easy reach of local footpaths and amenities. With accommodation arranged over two floors, the property benefits from three good-size reception rooms and three double bedrooms and has excellent potential for modernisation or extension (subject to usual consents) in line with similar properties on Whyteleafe Hill if desired. Internally, the property is well presented through out but would benefit from some modernisation.

The property is entered via a glazed porch leading to an internal entrance hall which leads to the principle accommodation. There is a spacious sitting room with fireplace open to a separate dining room with a large window overlooking the garden, and a breakfast room with access to the garage and the kitchen. Whyteleafe Primary is located at the bottom of the hill. Surrounding Caterham is the Surrey Hills with walks over the North Downs and plentiful open countryside to explore, with Kenley Common and Betts Mead closer to the house. The motorway network is easily accessible at junction 6 of the M25 (about 4.3 miles).
