I bought this flat as a first-time buyer thinking I would stay for 3 years, but 6 years later I'm still here and only now wanting to upsize. Perhaps the best thing here is the location: situated in a well-maintained, quiet development looking out to trees, but also very convenient being an easy walk to East Croydon train station. The living space is light and airy, while the built-in double wardrobe in the bedroom offers excellent storage. Also, Addiscombe has some great shops and sense of community, local parks and countryside nearby, while still being a fast commute to London and the south coast.
