" This immaculately presented attached property enjoys a favourable position within this sought after North Essex village, just a short stroll to the amenities.

The property is entered via a panelled and glazed door to a lobby which has stairs rising to the first floor. The principal reception area is of a semi-open plan layout with a large picture window to the front elevation giving views to the garden. The sitting room has an attractive fireplace with oak lintel above and an inset wood burning stove on a slate hearth. A square arch accesses the dining area which is situated to the rear of the property and takes in views to the garden.
