Located on a family orientated development in the ever popular village of Great Horkesley is this extended four bedroom detached family home. Location here is good for many reasons with the village offering good primary schooling, two public houses, Post Office, village store and wine centre. Colchester North Station is a short distance offering rail services to London Liverpool Street and the A12 can be accessed London bound towards the M25. Colchester and Sudbury are easily reached providing a further range of shopping facilities, bars and restaurants.

The spacious and well presented accommodation begins as you walk into the entrance hall, with stairs rising to the first floor and access on the left into the integral garage with boot room. The lounge is a good size and offers plenty of space to sit and relax after a long day, there is a door into the play room at the rear, this is complete with doors opening onto the rear garden.
