‘Deerwood’ is located in the popular village of Eight Ash Green which has a good range of local amenities including a primary school, which was rated ‘Good‘ in the latest Ofsted report. A popular local public house and a village store. The Tollgate Retail Park is also within walking distance and the A12 and Marks Tey railway station are within easy reach.

Colchester is approximately 4.5 miles away and provides a wide range of shopping, recreational and leisure facilities as well as a range of highly regarded secondary schools, including Colchester Royal Grammar School, Colchester High School, St Mary‘s School and Holmwood House Prep School.
