From the mini roundabout in the High Street at the centre of Thorpe Le Soken proceed along Landermere Road in the Harwich & Beaumont Cum Moze direction. Continue for a couple of miles to Beaumont Cum Moze and then turn left into Chapel Road which is just before the village Hall. Continue to the far end of Chapel Road and the property will be found on teh left hand side.  Alternatively from the roundabout at Horsley Cross on the A120 between Colchester and Harwich proceed towards Tendring and continue through the village towards Thorpe Le Soken  along Thorpe Road and at the bottom of the hill then take the next turning to the left into Swan Road which leads to Beaumont. At the end of Swan Road proceed round a right hand bend into Chapel Road where the property will be found on the right.
