" Hawthorn House offers spacious and versatile accommodation, in a small hamlet close to Felsted. The property was built in the year 2000 with brick rendered elevations under a tiled roof. The property has hardwood framed double glazed windows and internal white panelled doors. The spacious reception hall has a staircase to a part galleried landing. The sitting room has an attractive stone open fireplace and opens out to the dining room with French doors leading out to the garden with delightful views over a conservation area. The kitchen/breakfast room is superbly appointed with a range of base and wall cupboards and appliances include a Neff oven and grill, Bosch electric hob with extractor hood over, fitted dishwasher, fridge and freezer. To the first floor are four bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom one has a walk in wardrobe.

The property is approached via a brick paviour driveway with parking for several vehicles, leading to a detached garage 5.18m x 4.70m

(17' x 15'5) electric up-and-over door and a partly boarded loft with a loft ladder.
