Full description:
The Cottage set in the heart of Little Dunmow is this charming three bedroom period property which is Grade II Listed dating back to around 1780 with extensions dating from 1890's. The property has period features throughout including exposed beams. The accommodation comprises three reception rooms including a sitting room with window to front, fireplace with brick surround and laminate wood flooring, a study which has dual aspect windows to the front and rear, and a dining room which has a feature fireplace and laminate wood flooring. There is a modern re-fitted kitchen with a tiled floor, an integrated oven and space for all other appliances. The bathroom is on the ground floor with a white bathroom suite and shower over. There is a rear lobby with brick flooring and a door which leads out to the courtyard garden. The first floor comprises three bedrooms.

Outside to the front of the property there is a walled garden with shrub and plant borders and a path to the front door. The rear garden is paved throughout with a wall boundary surround, there is also access to the side.

From our office in Great Dunmow head out of Dunmow onto the Braintree Road towards Felsted and Little Dunmow. Turn right towards Felsted and follow the signs for Little Dunmow turn next right into The Street and the cottage will be found on the right hand side. "
