Full description:
Wyvern House is a three/four bedroom detached family house situated in the village of Church End, Broxted. The property enjoys farmland views to the front and rear. The property is offered chain free and the accommodation comprises an entrance hallway with laminate wood flooring and stairs to first floor, sitting room with laminate wood flooring, brick built fireplace and log burning stove, dining room which opens on to the re-fitted kitchen with a range of eye and base level units, inset sink and drainer, electric oven and hob and French doors leading out on to the decking. Also on the ground floor is a family room, which is currently being used as a fourth bedroom, a ground floor shower room and utility room with door leading out to the rear. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, the master bedroom having an en suite bathroom, and a family bathroom.

To the front of the property there is a driveway providing ample parking for several vehicles and access down the side of the property to the rear garden which has a large decked area to the immediate rear of the house. The remainder of the garden is mainly laid to lawn, measuring in excess of 100', with trees, shrubs and plant borders.

Join the B184 Thaxted Road and follow the road past the village of Little Easton and on reaching the Rolls Royce P & A Wood garage, turn left. Proceed through Great Easton until you get to the bottom and at a crossroads go straight and follow the road until you reach Broxted and at the second 'T' junction you will find the property on the right.
