" The Property
The current owners have sympathetically re furbished the property over the past couple of the years combining modern decor with original features. A deceptively large property with superb views and potential.

Ground Floor Accommodation
The original solid oak front door leads directly into the dining room where there is a superb exposed brick inglenook and a stairwell to the first floor. The ground floor has solid oak flooring throughout with exposed beams and studwork. Passing through the dining room, a step down leads to the large, bright sitting room which has a wood burning fire and windows to three aspects with French doors leading onto the rear terrace. The kitchen has a staircase leading to the first floor and has been beautifully hand crafted with solid wood work surfaces and a central island. The kitchen leads to a utility area with granite work surfaces, and both areas have ceramic tiled flooring throughout. There is a security telecom system for the electric gate and a door giving access to the front. First Floor Accommodation
There are two separate stairwells from the ground floor, from the dining room, the stairs lead to 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have exposed beams and fitted wardrobes and the master has an en-suite comprising a vanity wash hand basin, inset fully tiled shower cubicle, low flush wc, exposed brick and beams. The second stairwell leads from the kitchen to bedrooms 3 and 4 which also have fitted wardrobes.
