Should the tenant decide to extend the contract by a further 12 months, a renewal fee will become applicable of ?100 vat. This fee will cover any administration cost?s due to the tenants for contract renewal and deposit re-registration

CHECK OUT
The tenant will be advised that they will need to pay for an inventory check out report which helps to return the full amount of deposit and reduce any future disputes arising.

INSURANCE
It is mandatory that all tenants take out tenant?s liability insurance as part of the tenancy agreement to cover the cover landlords fixtures and fittings while renting the property, if the tenant refuses by discretion it may result in the landlord refusing you as a tenant.
