Overall Description This is an immaculately presented second floor apartment in a quiet residential location towards the edge of Harlow. The apartment has been much improved by its current owner, since it was bought ten years ago, with a brand new modern kitchen with under-floor heating, wood-effect laminate flooring in the hall and sitting/dining room, new carpet in the bedroom and redecoration. There is a pleasant light and spacious feel throughout with a good-sized main reception room with space for a dining table, double bedroom with room for wardrobes, large bathroom, kitchen and entrance hall.
