" THE PROPERTY: Situated within a select development and a semi rural location that also benefits from a primary school with a high reputation this semi detached residence features three bedrooms, a conservatory, a garage together with parking for one car. Our clients inform us that they have lived here for about five years. They were attracted to this home compared to others they had viewed at the time due to firstly they liked the semi rural location and that there is an active parish council, and secondly the fact that the local school has a good reputation. These were big benefits. They also tell us that there are many walks around the area that also feature areas that are ideal for rambling and fruit picking. On the day I visited our clients and took instructions to sell the home they were making jam with fruit that they had picked during the day whilst walking the dog.
