" THE PROPERTY: Having extensively extended the property our clients tell us the only reason for the move is the fact that they are emigrating. The parking facilities and the size of the rear garden were key points on their decision to buy this house. During their time here the property has been extended and improved and they found it a pleasant place to live within a semi rural atmosphere yet still being only three / four miles from Epping with its bustling High Street, tube station links into London Liverpool Street Station. In addition junction seven off the M11 motorway is within approximately two miles which provides direct route to Stanstead Airport and links the M25 motorway to south junction 26.
