" This town house is laid out with a flowing feeling to it from the entrance through the porch to the large entrance hallway all the way up to the top bedroom. Every room fits its role comfortably. The integral garage is a very useable space for either a small family car or as the present owner uses as a store room. The downstairs bedroom can also be used as a study or second reception with floor to ceiling sliding patio door's to the rear garden. The lounge on the first floor runs the width of the property with a couple of large windows letting the sun shine in.The layout of the top floor with two double bedrooms separated by a bathroom affords a bit of privacy. The area is a very popular with couples and young families due to its proximity to all that the High Road has to offer, from Monday's market day to the coffee shops and access to the forest. The present owner is only moving due to a job relocation, otherwise he would have stayed here for many years to come.

What the Owner says:

I found this property in 2003, whilst out house hunting, I saw a couple on this road as I really liked town houses. This home was my favourite because it is an end of terrace giving it a much lighter feel.I loved the big lounge and the very modern feeling due to the fact it had just been painted. The location is great as it is a no through road and therefore nice and quiet.I love cycling and find the convenience of the side access to the garden meant that I could wheel my bike around to the back of the house and wash it down before putting it away.
