" Epping is a quality and desirable market town situated at the end of the central line and offers a solution to all age groups. In more recent years we have seen an increase in families moving to the area in many instances requiring more flexible property. This includes from extending families or to accommodate siblings that are remaining home for a longer period of time due to the soaring property prices over the last 10 years. This property is unique. The clever extension to the side of the property is ideal for the family wanting extra living space, use of a granny annexe or potentially as a business space such as a therapy room. The en suite shower room, large 'L' shape reception would facilitate almost a bedsit type accommodation if so required. The original 2 reception rooms and kitchen operate a more traditional layout. 3 good sized bedrooms to the 1st floor are a welcome balance. The detached garage and the parking for 4 vehicles allows ample space to this extremely wide plot. The private rear garden with its excellent decking area is west facing the ideal solution.

What the Owner says:

We moved to Epping some eleven years ago and have found the house to very adaptable. It is near all local amenities but the area is still very quiet and parking is never a problem. There is a lovely friendly and neighbourly feel to the road and we are sorry to leave but are downsizing to live nearer to our family. Extension to the side was designed to have an independent feel with its own shower room with direct access to the rear garden and own entrance via a pedestrian gate we think is an excellent addition to the property.
