" A most attractive detached house built circa 1962 and subsequently extended in 1992 and considerably upgraded over the last 4-5 years to now offer spacious and well presented family accommodation. Occupying an elevated and secluded position in this highly desirable, and rarely available within convenient walking distance of Epping High Street, the property features four bedrooms with an en-suite dressing room and shower room to the master bedroom, second bedroom also with en-suite shower,main family bathroom with 'Jacuzzi' bath and fourth bedroom featuring an eye-brow design window with fantastic forward views over the surrounding area towards Coopersale and beyond. The landing gives access to the roof space with tall ridge height (approx. 12') and with potential to add further rooms and en-suite, subject to planning consents. The impressive reception hallway leads to a ground floor cloakroom, large walk-in cloaks cupboard and staircase to a galleried first floor landing.
