This apartment was ideal for me when I bought it as my first home, just a short walk to the tube as at the time I worked in the city and also shops are very close by, I like this particular apartment as I have no one above me or to either side so I don't have the noise that some of the other blocks can suffer from.I now live abroad and until recently have let the property out but have now temporarily moved back in whilst I sell up, I have made a lot of improvements as well as redecorating and believe the apartment is great buy for the first time buyer or maybe an investor looking at a good rental return.
