Then this is the one for you..........Centre Drive is ideally located for Epping tube station. It has parking for a minimum of three cars and has a pleasant west facing rear garden which gives great space for the children or as an entertaining area. The new kitchen is stunning and offers a good family breakfast area. The tiled floor is definitely low maintenance as are the exposed floors in the receptions.The two separate reception rooms allows privacy or family living which ever is most important. It gives that extra space for teenage children for homework etc, but also offers a more formal dining area should it be required.3 nice size bedrooms located to the first floor are supported by a 1st floor bathroom, this gives a good balance and flow to the whole of this property.

What the Owner says:

Centre Drive was ideal for us in terms of its location and it also needed work which we were more than happy to do. We think we have done a good job, the extension to the rear of the property gives us great family space with a large reception and a second reception which we use as a dining room. My daughter absolutely loves the garden and is easy access from the rear of the property. We have good parking which is important in this part of Epping. The challenge for us is to find a new larger house which we hope we will be just as happy in as we are with Centre Drive.
