" This property is one of the finest and most spacious bungalows in the Burses area. It is beautifully presented and provides three excellent bedrooms. Two bright spacious reception rooms and is also in one of the most attractive residential areas in Hutton. Shenfield Broadway is only 15 minutes very pleasant walk away through Mount Avenue and the railway station is also a short walking distance away

A UPVC panelled front door with a window adjoining opens to the large - RECEPTION HALL AREA The first part of the hall measures 9'5 x 7'10 and leading off is a very long corridor 20' x 3' and this corridor leads to the main bedroom and kitchen and dining room areas.
