" 'Redroofs' is a bold and handsome family home built in the 1930's, with rendered elevations relieved by leaded light aluminium double glazed windows and brick detailing; all under a handmade peg tiled roof. The house is set back some 40 feet and sits proudly on Greenway on a wide plot of 90 foot, behind a carriage driveway. The private rear garden faces due West with a heated swimming pool; and a depth of 90 feet. The house has been modernised and very well kept over the years, it is immaculately presented and retains many period features, planning permission has also been passed and the drawings are available for a large open plan kitchen and entertaining area. Greenway is without doubt one of the most sought after roads on the private Hutton Mount Estate, and very convenient too, being a short walk from the main line train station and shops.
