" A very fine Edwardian house constructed in 1905 and situated on a magnificent plot approaching half an acre in one of the most popular and pleasant roads on Hutton Mount. The grounds are maintained in very good order and there is considerable scope for enlargement and improvement if required. Greenway is one of the quietest and most pleasant roads on Hutton Mount and is only a five minute walk from the railway station, and Broadway.

A painted half glazed front door opens to the:- ENTRANCE LOBBY Windows to two sides. Quarry tiled flooring. From here a similar door opens to the:- RECEPTION HALL 5.59m(18'4'') x 4.09m(13'5'') + square bay This is a most attractive area from which a centrally placed balustraded staircase leads to the first floor. The lovely large square bay window with fixed window seat and two radiators overlook the gardens to the side and rear. Further radiator. DINING ROOM 4.80m(15'9'') x 4.80m(15'9'') This is a very bright attractive room with a large canted corner bay window with five sash windows overlooking the front gardens. Radiator. A particular attractiion is the substantial very attractively situated SWIMMING POOL constructed by Buster Crab pools and measuring approximately 25' x 15' with a liner, steps and a rolled cover, all set in a raised paved surround bordered by shaped evergreens and lawn. To one corner nearby is a wooden building containing the boiler for the pool and filtration plant. This room also is useful as a changing area. The entire rear garden is screened by 7' evergreen hedging and is completely private from all sides. Across the rear of the house is a large paved sun terrace and this is in sunshine throughout the entire day.
