" A very good semi detached house maintained to an excellent standard and situated on an unusually large plot which offers magnificent scope for extension, subject to the usual planning consents. The property is located within easy reach of Shenfield mainline railway station.

A step rises to a UPVC double glazed front door with leaded light insert. This opens to the:- ENTRANCE PORCH 8' x 4'1 This area draws maximum light from wide obscure double glazed windows fitted to the front elevation. Charcoal tiled effect flooring. This is a very useful area within this family home for coats and shoes and also provides additional storage. From here a painted obscure glazed front door with panels to the side opens to the:- ENTRANCE HALL This is a particularly wide entrance hall which measures 6' in width and is therefore able to accommodate a small study area with cupboards fitted above.
