" With the high demand for houses within the Quilters/Billericay school catchment areas, this four bedroom detached family home is a MUST for your viewing list.The present owners, Phil and Claudia, have looked after their home beautifully and you could just move in and put your furniture straight down and just enjoy living here.It is extremely rare for a property of this calibre to come onto the market in this area and whilst the High Street and station are within walking distance, set at the end of this quiet road you are away from the hustle and bustle of the town.For the busy family this really would be a perfect home, good school catchments, walking distance of station and High Street, yet also offering the tranquility of a quiet road.Since living here Phil and Claudia have converted one of their garages into a very comfortable studio room for their teenage son which gives him his own privacy and somewhere to entertain his friends away from the main house which has been perfect for them all as a family.

We have lived here for about nine years and couldn't believe our luck when we found this house tucked away at the end of the road. As soon as we walked into the bright and airy hallway we knew we had found our ideal family home and have been extremely happy here.
The convenience of being able to walk to the High Street and station in less than 10 minutes has been perfect for us as a family especially as Phil works in the City, so at the end of the day hasn't got a long trek home.
Our son, Max, attended the local schools which have been excellent and we haven't had to be a taxi service as he has got older because everything is within walking distance.
