" Walking down Lion Lane, which is directly off the High Street, leads straight into Wakefield Road and you could almost imagine you were in the middle of the country yet actually being only minutes from every amenity a busy High Street has to offer, including a mainline railway station which offers fast and frequent services into London's Liverpool Street, together with a comprehensive selection of specialist shops, wine bars and restaurants.Offering 5 bedrooms, this detached property would make an ideal home for the growing family and falls within the popular Quilters/Billericay school catchment areas.
Lake Meadows Recreation Park and swimming pool are both within approximately half a mile. The present owners are in the process of completely renovating the property and would be willing to either finish the works or sell uncompleted depending on the purchasers choice.
Please refer to the footnote regarding the services and appliances.

What the Owner says:

We purchased our home about a year ago and have since extended and refurbished, but have not yet finished the works and would therefore be willing either to complete the works or leave in an unfinished condition for the new owners to put their own stamp on.We find the fact that the property is within walking distance to the shops and all other amenities fantastic. It is such a lovely road that we feel we are in the middle of the country, but our circumstances have now changed and unfortunately need to move on.
