Positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac in north Billericay, this ideally placed maisonette is just round the corner from the local shops, well regarded schools of both Buttsbury infant and juniors and Mayflower senior school, and a ten minute walk to beautiful Lake Meadows with its recreation facilities, lake with wildlife as well as open green spaces.
