" Properties can be very deceiving and this is one of them ....you just wouldn't imagine the amount of space the property has to offer just by looking at the front.The property has been extended and makes the lounge a whopping 21'10 x 21'5. Two more reception rooms downstairs, include a study, a good size dining room and a conservatory. The modern fitted kitchen has everything you need including double oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, hob and fridge/freezer.Four bedrooms and a family bathroom are upstairs, the master having an en-suite and fitted wardrobes.A stable door leads out to the side of the property which in turn leads to the double garage having an up and over door to the front, power and light connected. The rear garden is of a good size and is mainly laid to lawn with a summerhouse situated at the bottom of the garden.If its size and space that you are looking for, do not look any further. You have just found the home for you.

We have been very happy here for 18 years. It provides excellent living space for a growing family and is very handy for good local schools, a lovely park and the station. Local bus routes allowed our older children independence and easy access to Chelmsford and Basildon. Much easier than mum's taxi!Friends have remarked that our home was like the tardis, the outer appearance giving no indication of the size of the interior. The large lounge and conservatory have been fantastic for family parties and socialising with neighbours. We will miss our home and Billericay, but hopefully the rugged Cornish coast will make up for it.
