" An attractive 2 bedroom house built to the `Warwick` design by Laing Homes in the late 1990`s and situated on `The Hawthorns` development, a sought after commuter estate off Mountnessing Road and just 0.9 mile (18 minute walk) to Billericay Mainline Railway Station (London Liverpool Street in 35 minutes), with local shops, including a very handy Sainsburys `Local` express store, just a 7 minute/0.4 mile Sunday morning stroll

The `Warwick` featured a ground floor WC Room off the Hall, a front Kitchen (this one since refitted with Cream `Shaker` style units) and a rear Lounge/Diner with a big, useful understairs storage cupboard. Upstairs having two double bedrooms and a central Bathroom

(this one also since refitted as a luxury Shower Room). There is Gas Central Heating via a modern Vaillant Boiler and upvc double glazing.

This particular house is tastefully presented throughout, with neutral colours, lovely wood flooring to the Hall and Lounge/Diner, deep pile grey carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms, a neatly landscaped 53ft long Garden with a shed at the end with power connected and two Parking Bays.
