" The location is perfect for a family looking for a quiet home at the end of a small cul-de-sac and one that offers an 80 feet rear garden. This home has four bedrooms upstairs and a generous foot print on the ground floor. The conservatory is an added bonus.

As you enter the home via the composite white, front door you arrive in the entrance hall, kick off your shoes, hang your coat up and come on inside.
With the lounge to the left and the kitchen/diner to the right, you are spoilt for choice. The rooms are a good size and there are several options in terms of usage for the rooms.

The kitchen was newly fitted in November 2019 (Howdens), with a sleek, simple design and offering plenty of storage solutions. The washing machine, NEFF fridge, freezer and dishwasher are all integral and behind the high gloss kitchen cabinet doors. With a five ring gas hob with stainless steel extractor overhead and double oven and grill below. All kitchen doors are fitted with slow closers, and the mixer tap has a flexible and moveable pan filler feature.
