" Without doubt, having an approx. 80 rear garden this three-bedroom mid terrace house which has been internally remodelled, refurbished and finished in a contemporary style will exceed your expectations and is certainly worthy of an internal viewing.

The ground floor layout has changed the most and in addition to providing an open plan living space that brings together the kitchen, lounge and dining room it now also incorporates a very useful cloakroom with an automatic sensor light and a separate utility room.

By comparison the first-floor layout almost remains unchanged with the three original good sized bedrooms but the bathroom now combines the separate wc to give a much larger four piece fully tiled bathroom that includes a shower cubicle with rain head shower, bath with central taps and high gloss wall tiling.

Please note, in addition to the program of cosmetic improvements there are warranties for all fitted appliances including the combi boiler and certificates for rewiring and re-plumbing that has taken place.
