" Ideal first time purchase or for someone looking for a project to create their own vision in a new home. This three bedroom, mid terrace house has been extended to the ground floor already with a good size kitchendiner and benefits from off street parking.

Loved by the current owner and the family for over 40 years the time has come to pass this house onto a new family to make it their own. A perfect house for renovation or even just redecoration to put your own stamp upon.

As you enter, a long entrance hall stretches from front to the back of the house allowing direct access through to the rear garden. This also provides a practical area for storage of coats, shoes even bicycles etc. An internal door takes you through into the lounge situated to the front of the house. A brick built open fireplace creates that cosy feel while being flooded with light from the large double glazed window.
