" Deceptive from the front, this is actually a surprisingly large family house, courtesy of rear extensions in the 1970`s and 1990`s and a large Conservatory added in 2002.

The result is a large 3 Bed Semi-detached chalet style home of over 1100sq ft, complimented by a sunny 57ft Garden enjoying a southerly aspect - the Patio a real sun trap.

Inside, the Hall has new glass balustrading on the stairs and feature parquet wood flooring which flows into the 22ft Lounge which also features a remote controlled electric Fireplace. A bespoke Oak Door inset within an Oak and glass frame leads through to the full width Dining Room extension, itself open plan with the Cream Gloss Kitchen. Bi-folds in the Dining Room lead through to the large Conservatory - its radiator running off the main central heating system has made it a spacious all-year-round living space.

Off the Hall is a modern ground floor Bathroom with upstairs, a smart new Shower Room too, so two bathrooms. Along with the 1st floor Shower Room, there are the three bedrooms - all doubles, and all with fitted wardrobes. A 5th door on the landing opens to reveal a steep staircase going up to the Loft - a superb easy-to-access storage facility with two windows giving natural light up here too.

Using the Daines RoadCrown Road short-cut the Mainline Station is an easy 0.7 mile walk and the High Street is even closer - a stroll up Chantry Way and you`re in the middle of it in just over 10 minutes (0.5 mile). Plus, local shops including a Tesco Express are just a 4-minute stroll away too - all very convenient.

Using the footpath linking West Croft (around the corner) and Langemore Way, you can be rambling through the 90 acres of Mill Meadows Nature Reserve in 3 minutes and any kids you have at Billericay School will also probably use the paths through here as a short cut to and from School too. Younger children can walk to Sunnymede Infants & Junior School with their Good OFSTED rating too - an 8 minute walk away.

In a nutshell, a very good size family home in a very pleasant neighbourhood close to all the amenities including the Railway Station, which whizzes you to London Liverpool Street in just 35 minutes.

HALL

The feature wood block `Parquet` flooring flows through into the lounge.

DINING ROOM 14ft 1` x 9ft 8` (4.3m x 3m)

A very well proportioned dining room which is open plan to the Kitchen and with some of the kitchen units spilling into the dining area to create a very social KitchenDining space.

The side facing obscure glass window provides natural light and the finishing touches include a chrome towel radiator, a surprisingly quiet extractor fan and sleek chrome wall mounted taps controlling the bath filler and shower.

MASTER BEDROOM 13ft 2` x 9ft 9` (4m x 2.95m)

Premium `Spacemaker` luxury fitted bedroom furniture with attractive `Cappuccino Gloss` and `Soft Ivory` matte doors and drawer fronts and `Argento Beech` wardrobe interiors from their Milan range, comprises wardrobes, a twin set of drawers, cupboard and matching bedside cabinets.

The cream walls and `Oak` effect wood laminate flooring picks up perfectly with the colours of the fitted furniture, which is still under warranty until 2025.

BEDROOM THREE 9ft x 8ft (2.7m x 2.4m)

The measurements exclude fitted bespoke fitted wardrobes, again fitted by Spacemaker and also with the stylish shiny `Cappuccino Gloss` doors.

A `shared drive` leads up to the Garage which has a Remote Controlled Roller Door, allowing storage right up behind the door as it opens vertically.

There`s a rear facing double glazing window for working daylight and the courtesy door is part glazed too.

The Garage has its own separate `Garage Consumer` unit to provide lighting and power sockets.

GARDEN 57ft long (17m)

Indian sandstone paving from the French Doors of the Conservatory step down to a very secluded `Sun Trap` patio.

Trelliswork with a walk-through arch leads on to the balance of the garden, which has a central lawn surrounded by shaped flower beds and with a timber Summerhouse incorporating a Shed behind, at the bottom of the garden.
