" This substantial double bay fronted five-bedroom home is situated in one of Billericay`s premium Private Roads occupying a landscaped plot on the favoured south side of the road.

Since being built by well-respected local developers, the current owners have undertaken various high quality internal improvements replacing all the bathroom fittings, kitchen units by Stock Design Studio, Spacia flooring, chrome sockets, a fitted home office, wardrobes and landscaping of both the front and south facing 90` rear garden to a meticulous standard.
