LOUNGE: 20'4 x 9' (6.20m x 2.74m) Two sash windows to rear, storage heater. KITCHEN: 7'8 x 6'11 (2.34m x 2.11m) Sash window to front, single drainer stainless steel sink unit set in roll edge work surface, wall and base mounted units, space and plumbing for washing machine and dish washer, space for fridge freezer, freestanding electric oven and hob, tiled splashbacks.
